System able to select the product according to shape and color and carrying out the discarding of components considered unsuitable according to winery needs.

• The digital reading system, using a led type lightening able to make the contrast necessary for reading the product to be selected, transmits the image to a dedicated PC which controls the opening of electrovalves from which comes out a high pressure air jet able to change the product trajectory.
• Large touch screen with easy access to different programming pages, intuitive graphic, color selection which can be set according to process needs.
• This system is provided with a second conveyor belt to move away the rejected product. This belt is equipped with a chute and a collecting pan where drips go into, wide openings on sides make the belt cleaning easier. The frame is complete with 3 swivel wheels.
• Delivery 8-10 ton/h.
