Reception and destemming-crushing line in totally inert atmosphere to preserve white grapes from oxidation effects. This system allows to destem and crush your white grapes under inert atmosphere by means of inert gases (carbon dioxide, nitrogen) preserving the best organoleptic characteristics of the product.
This line is composed of: - Oversized receiving hopper
- Insulated and inertized elevator belt
- Destemmer-crusher model Kappa 15
- Inertized crushing unit
- Mono pump for mash transfer to the press
- Stalk compacting device
- Dosing pumps for enzyms, ascorbic acid, sulphur dioxide
- Inertizing gas recovery system
